Archeden have successfully tendered on a large alteration and addition to a residence within a Heritage Conservation Area of Roseville.
The dwelling and grounds are full of yesteryear charm, though with a badly leaking roof, problematic internal layout and unusable attic space, the home is ready for a complete update.
While the home requires extensive remedial work to the structure, external facades & roofing, internally it receives all new finishes to both the new ground floor layout and first floor addition.
