Modelling – we systematically model each project at an appropriate level of detail (phases, tasks, dependencies, labour, materials, costs, cash flow) to provide a comprehensive and reliable quotation and a sound basis for an on-going project plan.
Manageability – we limit number of concurrent projects to a level manageable by Leonard and Bryck personally.
Progress reporting –project manager conducts regular, documented progress reviews with client / architect against the project plan; client has online access to an up-to-date project progress information service.
Monitoring – we closely monitor progress against plan, execution risk and cash flow.
Quality control – we never ask client to accept any deliverable whose quality does not meet our own expectations and standards.
Payment claims – are fully substantiated by demonstrating value delivered against individual tasks shown on project plan.
