This project involved the careful renovation of a beautiful heritage-listed house combined with the addition of a new upper story. The original structure was meticulously restored with close attention to preserving its authentic architectural features, including original mouldings, timberwork, and façade details. The new addition was designed to complement the heritage aesthetic while introducing a modern, light-filled living space that enhances the home’s functionality and comfort. Large windows and thoughtful spatial planning ensure abundant natural light throughout the new levels helping to create a seamless connection between old and new. Our approach balanced the strict requirements of heritage conservation with contemporary construction techniques, demonstrating our ability to deliver sensitive, high-quality outcomes in complex restoration projects.
