Another project with intelligent architecture. This 3 story commercial building had a specific Scope of work including:
- Converting the top floor to a 2 bed residential apt along with The installation of a elevator shaft
- Updating the fire and security systems
- Implementing the councils guide lines of living above commercial spaces
- Coordinating the project to allow NSPS to continue business as usual throughout the construction
