Archeden has been awarded the contract for the construction of a detached dual occupancy in Middle Cove.
Our successful tender of the new dwelling follows the completion of the 1st stage of the project – creating a serviced 80m private road through a steep and rocky incline to the proposed new building site.
Located in a flood prone area, the suspended, hydronically heated, polished concrete ground floor slab will be a real feature of the new dwelling.
