Leonard entered the building industry as a carpenter in 1996 and has held a NSW builders license since 1999. Leonard’s experience embraces a wide range of residential construction and renovation projects on both a prime and subcontracting basis (through T & M Sawyer Building Pty. Ltd., Stack Constructions Pty. Ltd. and Construct By Design) mainly in Sydney’s northern beachside suburbs. Leonard is managing director of Archeden and shares the sales and project management roles with Bryck.

Bryck trained initially in civil construction with his father working on many civil projects across NSW from 1992 . In 1997 Bryck travelled through Europe before moving to Ireland in 1998 and for the next 12 years in Ireland he worked in residential construction as a site manager and gained a broad knowledge in all aspects of construction from renovations of 150 year old heritage-listed buildings to constructing modern air tight timber framed homes. Bryck returned to Australia in 2010 to take up the role of construction site manager with Sydney firm Construct By Design.

Prior to forming Archeden, Leonard and Bryck worked together as project managers on high end architecturally designed residential construction projects from The eastern suburbs to the northern beaches .
