Commercial Kitchen Alteration

Following on from our successful project @ Two Wolves Cantina, we were again engaged by The Sydney Collective to alter Daniel San’s Northern DOJO commercial kitchen space.
The design brief required an increase in the kitchen’s size, capacity, preparation and service area.
Project constraints included the area having common walls, floors and ceilings to the Novotel’s very busy conference and accommodation facility with a “No Construction Noise” policy and limited access.
Again, we worked closely with the client’s requirements, schedule and budget to create a quality space ready for their busy Summer schedule.
