Roseville Renovation

Our clients of this 1930’s period red brick home were looking for a renovation and addition that was sympathetic to their home’s origins yet was in keeping with the modern lifestyle and their busy family life. We partially demolished the rear of the house to create a two story extension with a clever open plan kitchen, living, dining. All the face bricks were recycled and used again to create two beautiful external feature walls of the new build and several other external build details were matched to be in keeping with the original house. Internally the house marrry’s the new modern open plan design with the remaining footprint, with original features carefully restored and where necessary making replicas. This type of renovation is not without its obstacles, but Archeden prides itself on its ability to bring a project like this to fruition, on time, on budget and stress free for our clients.
